6. Less is the new More: I have mistaken being busy with having a full life. Now being "slammed", exhausted and not having time to do the things that make me happy, just doesn't feel good anymore. I am focusing my time on the things that better serve my authentic self.
7. Relationships: I have acted like a complete fool trying to impress people. Only to feel awful about myself and inadequate. I know now that if I just be true to myself then I will attract like-minded people that will love me... just for being me.
8. Wellness: I have trained for marathons and completed triathlons. I have also made poor health choices that were totally out of character with my athletic exterior. I have also experienced a heart condition and a thyroid mass due to living an unauthentic, high stress, life style. I now take great pride in learning about wellness, living well, and teaching wellness.
9. Stylist, Coach, Designer: I am a life and wellness coach, designer and stylist. I meditate, journal, and love great self help but I also like to red drink wine with good friends, dance like a fool at wedding receptions, and watch Chelsea Lately until my stomach hurts from laughing.
